Booking a consultation is quick and easy:

2. Sign up or log in to your account.
3. Select your preferred doctor or specialty.
4. Choose a convenient date and time.
5. Confirm your booking and make payment (if required).
You’ll receive a confirmation message and reminders before your consultation.

Absolutely. Every doctor on Daktar.Online is a registered medical practitioner verified by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant State Medical Council.
Yes. After your consultation, your doctor can issue a digital prescription in accordance with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) by the Medical Council of India.
You can download or share it directly with a nearby pharmacy.
Consultation fees depend on the doctor’s specialty and experience.
You can view the consultation fee before confirming your appointment.
Some consultations may also offer discounts or promo codes during special campaigns.
We accept all major UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment from your dashboard at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
If you miss your session without notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

Anyone aged 18 or older living in India can create an account. Minors may use the service with parental or guardian consent where permitted by law.
You can use any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
Verification Process
Medical practitioners are required to provide the following documents:
* Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, passport, driver’s license)
* Their Medical Council of India (MCI) registration number
* Copies of their medical degrees, if not uploaded in their MCI registration number
* In the event that the online MCI directory does not exist, they must submit a copy of their license
Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents, our team verifies the information against the medical council database.
